MEET THE RECRUITERS
James Ellexson, HR Nurse Recruiter
James has been with Saint Anthony Hospital since 2006 and brings with him over 11 years of Human Resource and Business Management experience in the non-profit, corporate and healthcare industries. He holds an undergraduate degree in Education and an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Management from Michigan State University. James is the nurse recruiter along with managing employee relations for the hospital. He is described as a warm individual with a great sense of humor and is dedicated to match the right people with the right positions and departments.
Melanie Bentley, HR Generalist
Melanie has been with the Saint Anthony Hospital HR team since 2009. She brings over six years of HR/Recruiting experience. Melanie holds an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Western Illinois University and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology. Also, Melanie served in the Army National Guard for six years working in the Personnel Department. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. She is described as having a warm smile and is focused on finding the most qualified applicants for Saint Anthony Hospital.
Sergio Salazar, HR Generalist
Sergiois our newest addition to our HR Department. He brings over 11 years ofHR Generalist experience in Recruiting, Employee and Labor Relations, Benefit Administration, and Safety. He holds a BS in Management with concentration in Human Resources from Purdue University. He is described having a great sense of humor and someone who will work to make Saint Anthony Hospital a choice employer.
